The kits “CAMBAT-FLOW”, “CAMBAT-FULL” and “CAMBAT-FULL-SET” are designed for diagnostics unit injectors and pump sections manufactured by Bosch, Denso, Delphi, Siemens (VDO) at the workbench. Testing of pump injectors is provided by supplying a control signal from the equipment to the tested pump injectors and maintaining the required pressure in the system according to the selected test plan.

The equipment provides:

  • control of 1 pump-injector;
  • pressure control in the system in manual and automatic mode;
  • control of electromagnetic pump-injectors of a passenger series from a voltage of 14V;
  • control of electromagnetic pump-injectors of the cargo series from a voltage of 36V;
  • control of piezoelectric pump injectors;
  • control of the shutter measuring block;
  • disabling control in the absence of a protective screen in a test area;
  • stop control of the drive bench injection pump after complete of the test;
  • temperature measurement in the tank;
  • measurement of injector backflow temperature;
  • measurement of injection start time;
  • cooler and heater control;
  • measurement flow/overflows of injectors;

In dependent from the name kit «CAMBAT—FLOW», «CAMBAT—FULL» and «СAMBAT-FULL-SET», set of suppling depends.
