A set of devices for measuring the height of the washers and the height of the springs, consists of a base and 3 interchangeable adapters.
Adapters CR31584 and DL-CR31585 are used to measure the height of washers Ahe and Rls respectively, for injectors of the CRI1/CRI2 type, DL-CR31583 is used to measure the height of the injector spring of the same type. For a quality measurement, the required accuracy of the digital measuring head must be 0.001 mm and a stroke of 25 mm.
A DIG with the required accuracy can be purchased separately, DL-KIP012 and DL-KIP0036 are suitable for this measurement. Also, for the measurement, you will need an adapter for zeroing the CIG readings and measuring the height relative to the plane, which can also be purchased separately.
Spring height measurement sequence:
- Screw the DL-CR31583 adapter into the CIG rod;
- Install and fix the height measurement adapter on the CIG with a gougon;
- Reset the CIG by placing it on a hard, polished surface;
- Install the spring to be measured on the base pin DL-CR31586 from the kit;
- Place the CIG on the base pin with the spring installed;
- To improve accuracy, measure 3 times.
The sequence for measuring the height of washers Ahe/Rls:
- Screw the appropriate adapter CR31584 or DL-CR31585 into the CIG rod;
- Install and fix the height measurement adapter on the CIG with a gougon;
- Place the washer to be measured on a hard, sanded surface;
- Position the adapter relative to the washer so that it covers its entire surface;
- Firmly press the CIG with the installed adapter to the washer, then press “ZERO”;
- When the efforts are weakened and the CIG is pressed away from the washer, the required value will be displayed on the CIG display;
- To improve accuracy, measure 3 times.
