DL-MT50411. BAR PULLER, rod or blank puller on CNC lathes

BAR PULLER, rod or blank puller on CNC lathes, shank size 25 x 25 mm.
It allows you to install a cutting tool in the barpuller holder and immediately after finishing the production of a part with a cutting tool, finish metalworking of a specific part.

This is a two-in-one tool;
1) Adjustable gripper for feeding rod material
2) Holder for parting tool

While processing blanks from a rod on CNC lathes, it is often necessary to feed the rod (blank) from the chuck to a specified length and finish the operation after manufacturing the part with a cut-off cutter. For such purposes, you can purchase a special retrofitting of the automated rod feeder bar feeder. It makes sense to purchase if the number of manufactured parts are around thousands and more. When producing small batches of parts, it is better to use bar pullers or they are also called rod (blank) pullers. There are quite a lot of designs of such a device and they are very diverse. It is worth noting that both mechanized (driven) bar pullers and conventional mechanical ones are manufactured, which are compressed under the action of elastic deformation forces of the structural parts of the bar puller or springs. In addition to the function of pulling out the rod, this design has another important function, this is the installation of a cut-off cutter to save time on an additional operation. It allows you to install a cutting tool in the barpuller holder and immediately after finishing the production of a part with a cutting tool, finish metalworking of a specific part.
