The device allows testing nozzles for subsequent adjustment if necessary.
It is intended for testing and adjusting mechanical nozzles, Common-Rail injectors and unit injectors.
It allows to check the following parameters:
- beginning of injection pressure
- the quality of fuel spraying,
- tightness of the closure cone (the appearance of fuel droplets on the tip of nozzle)
- hydro density of locking cone (at the time of pressure drop).
