GR-8400 – Grinding machine for the needles of nozzles
The GR-8400 machine is designed for grinding and sharpening of injector nozzles (needles) for fuel injection systems used in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, as well as components for industrial and marine engines, BOSCH Piezo injector valve pins, cylinder head valves, and other cylindrical or rotating parts.
The GR-8400 machine features enlarged prisms and an extended worktable. The worktable can be positioned in one of 9 different locations on the machine base plate, depending on the part size and the required grinding angle.

- Various electronic microscopes and corresponding tooling / fixtures.
The machine accepts straight and tapered profile grinding wheels of various grit sizes. As standard, the machine is supplied with a grinding wheel with A400 grit.
The spindle speed and the rotation speed of the workpiece are controlled via rotary knobs located on the control panel. The rotation speed is displayed as a percentage.
The brightness of the lower backlight for the workpiece can be adjusted using a rotary knob located on the upper section of the control panel.
The control panel features a main power switch and three individual power switches for each motor drive and the lower backlight lamp.
On the rear side of the machine housing, there is a 220V power inlet connector and three 220V power outlets.
On the front side of the machine housing, there is a 12V connector for connecting the drive motor power cable for rotating workpieces.
